About the role

The IT Coordinator is a central and operational role within our IT and Digitalization department and has overall responsibility for NSR's digital IT systems. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting IT-related activities within the organization both operationally and administratively. Furthermore, you will act as a link between the IT department, the business, and external suppliers to ensure that systems, services, and projects within IT and digitalization are delivered efficiently, optimally, and with high quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of IT and digitalization projects: Plan, follow up, and coordinate smaller projects and change initiatives.

  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments and external suppliers.

  • Process optimization: Identify needs, propose/implement improvements, and implement new processes. 

  • Documentation: Establish and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and routines.

  • Supplier contacts: Coordinate with external IT suppliers and follow up on contracts and SLAs.

  • Monitoring and reporting: Compile status reports for IT and digitalization projects and operations.

  • Training and information: Support users through training and communication regarding IT solutions and security.

Requirements for success in the role

The role is varied and involves collaboration with a wide range of people with different backgrounds and skills both internally and externally. One of your strengths is being a relationship builder and having a high social competence with very good collaboration skills. Since we operate in a changing industry that must quickly adapt to new conditions, it is important that these conditions energize you. You need to have a strong drive for development and see environmental monitoring as a natural part of growing together with the company.

To succeed in the role, we see that you are technical, responsible, and communicative. You are also comfortable working independently and are a skilled problem solver who easily adapts to new systems.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Post-secondary education in IT.

  • 5 years of work experience in IT/digitalization.   

  • Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and IT security.

  • Good communication skills and a sense of service.

  • Structured and solution-oriented.

  • Driver's license B

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Experience from the public sector and public procurement is a plus

Employment
  • Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months.

  • Working hours: 100 %

  • Start date: As soon as possible by agreement

  • Location: NSR's headquarters in Helsingborg
