The IT and Digitalization Unit is one of four departments in the municipal management administration. The department acts as a support to the core operations by enabling good conditions for digitalization, the use of information technology, and a secure IT environment for our users. We are looking for an engaged and structured system administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a system administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that our operational systems function optimally and support the work of the organization. You are a key person in ensuring that the system's lifecycle is maintained, that the systems are updated, reliable, and meet information security requirements. The system administrator supports system owners with status and decision-making material regarding, for example, system costs, contracts, and operations. The role involves close collaboration with the operations, various IT functions, and suppliers.

Examples of tasks:

• Ensure that the systems comply with legal requirements and internal guidelines.
• Manage permissions, configure systems, and monitor operational status.
• Participate in projects for system development and integrations.
• Follow up and document routines, processes, and changes.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant education at the university or vocational college level according to the employer's assessment. You have a good understanding of IT infrastructure, processes, information security, and data protection. Furthermore, you have the ability to document system-related work in a clear and structured manner and are proficient in Swedish both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of operational systems within community building administration.
• Experience working in public operations.
• Experience in system administration, project work, and requirement specification.
• Experience with IFacts.
• Driver's license B.

As a person, you are a generalist who enjoys a wide range of tasks. Since the work involves many contacts both internally and externally, you combine your professional knowledge with good social and communicative skills. The job also places high demands on your ability to independently structure your work and prioritize tasks as needed.
