We are now looking for an experienced Agile Team Coach who wants to support and develop one or more teams within service development. In this role, you will work closely with the teams to create effective working methods, promote collaboration, and strengthen the ability to deliver value continuously. You contribute to stability, clarity, and a culture where improvements are a natural part of everyday life.

As an Agile Team Coach, you are responsible for ensuring that the teams work according to Agile principles and that processes and working methods are well-functioning and adapted to the organization's goals. You help to remove obstacles, support the development of group dynamics, and ensure that the teams' working methods harmonize with overarching guidelines and processes.

Main Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Ceremonies

• Planning meetings
• Retrospectives
• Daily standups
• Demos

Develop the Team's Working Methods

• Coach the team in Agile principles and methods
• Ensure that work processes are effective and follow the organization's structures
• Strengthen group dynamics and collaboration skills
• Identify, implement, and follow up on areas for improvement
• Support the team in developing capacity and delivery capability

Support the Team in Daily Work

• Identify and remove obstacles affecting progress
• Help the team to create their own strategies for obstacle management
• Collaborate with other functions in the organization to solve larger challenges
• Promote open communication, transparency, and good collaboration both internally and externally
