Coordinator for Global Trademark and Patent Renewal

As a coordinator, you will handle global trademark and patent renewal with a focus on complex workflows. We are looking for someone who is sharp, detail-oriented, very meticulous, and responsible, and who is passionate about providing customers with world-class service.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is temporary, starting immediately for 6 months with a good chance of extension. You will be employed by Academic Work and will be on assignment with our client.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

  • Complex and detail-oriented case management via digital customer portal
  • Professional communication with customers, authorities, and colleagues, both nationally and internationally, primarily via email and business systems
  • Professional communication with customers and authorities worldwide
  • Contribute to the development and streamlining of work routines
  • Collaboration with close colleagues and AWA offices internationally

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

In this role, we are looking for someone who is sharp, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of quality and precision. You have experience with complex processes and working in various systems. You have a good understanding of systems that allows you to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools. You are structured, analytical, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising results. You understand the importance of getting the work done correctly from the start – as even small mistakes can have significant consequences.

We believe you have:

  • Post-secondary education; preferably in economics or law
  • Documented experience in financial administrative work
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing in English
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing in Swedish
  • Very good understanding of systems and ease in adapting to new IT environments
  • Experience in service-oriented roles where customer interaction, precision, and structure have been crucial

Meritorious:

  • Experience in international administration or working with authorities in different countries
  • Previous work in SAP or similar financial systems
  • Previous experience in invoicing in complex customer flows, e.g., “super invoicing” or similar
  • Experience in Intellectual Property
