The assignment is aimed at an experienced project manager who wants to lead the initial phase of a larger digitalization effort related to the implementation of a new ERP system. The organization is in the startup phase of the project and needs senior expertise to create structure, drive preparations, and ensure that the business is ready for the upcoming procurement. The role involves close collaboration with the business, particularly within finance and procurement, and is suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-changing environment with clear delivery requirements.

As a project manager, you are responsible for establishing the overall ERP project and initiating the sub-projects and activities required to enable an efficient procurement process. You will continue to drive the preparatory work, including coordinating ongoing process mapping within finance and procurement. The role involves creating structure, ensuring governance and progress, and preparing documentation and materials for procurement in accordance with LOU. You will collaborate with both the business and the upcoming recruited project manager to ensure a smooth handover when they take over.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within larger digitalization projects

• Experience with ERP projects

• Experience from the energy sector

• Experience with procurement according to LOU

• Strong ability to work independently and lead a sub-area or smaller group

• Very good knowledge of Swedish

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience with process mapping

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture

The work location is Lund with approximately 75% on-site work and the remaining part remote. The assignment is full-time and runs from December 16, 2025, to March 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension in intervals of one month up to a total of nine months. Compensation is based on hours worked and does not include travel or commuting compensation.
