Ljusdal–Ramsjö Health Center

Your health center has approximately 10,500 registered patients and, in addition to regular health center activities, also has a 24/7 family doctor clinic, and in collaboration with the municipality, operates a primary care department. Here, experienced colleagues work with great commitment to guidance, development, and good team spirit.

The operation will become part of Region Gävleborg Din Hälsocentral AB, the company for publicly operated health and child care centers in Gävleborg. The transition will take place on February 1, 2026. Together, we want to develop and shape primary care and create a good working environment for managers and employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a medical secretary, you have a key function and are an important team member to make the whole work. The work includes not only the health center but also the primary care department and emergency and on-call reception. You will work in a pleasant and helpful workgroup with varied and diverse tasks.

As a medical secretary, you will work with:

• care documentation
• registration in the care system
• mail handling
• preparation for scanning
• reception work
• other medical secretary tasks.

You should also be open to other tasks such as invoicing, statistical processing, personnel administration, and more.

QUALIFICATIONS

In the role of medical secretary, you should:

• have a medical secretary education, two years of training.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a medical secretary and knowledge of Region Gävleborg's care system Cosmic.
