We currently have four schools and six preschools in Stockholm. We are now looking for a preschool teacher with responsibility for the position at Engelska Förskolan Skarpnäck.

Our preschools focus on language, sustainability, and health. Currently, the preschool has three departments with space for 55 children.

The preschool is located in a pleasant area with proximity to transportation, nature, and has its own yard.

We are now looking for a preschool teacher who is interested in health, sustainability, and language. We hope that you are passionate about the preschool's mission, positive, and solution-oriented. With us, we want both children and educators to grow and develop in the best way possible.

You should be a qualified preschool teacher with a license and experience. You will spend most of the day working closely with the children and the operations.

You should

• Master both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Be able to schedule and plan staffing in an efficient and sustainable way.
• Be able to delegate tasks clearly and follow up on implementation.
• Lead, support, and develop the work team in daily operations.
• Have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Work systematically with routines, work environment, and quality.
• Make independent decisions and be solution-focused.
• Work confidently and independently with digital tools, including the use of simpler AI support for planning, documentation, and quality enhancement work.

You will work closely with the principal.
