Your role

We are looking for an engaged French teacher who wants to help drive the school forward. You will teach French in grades 6-9.

You will be part of a working team and a subject team where you collaborate with colleagues and are an important part of the collegial learning to create new and deepened knowledge. You will be a mentor in a class in the upper secondary school together with another colleague.

As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, teaching, documentation, assessment, and evaluation of the classes you teach.

Your competence and experience

We are looking for someone who has high expectations for students' achievement, good pedagogical insight, and is clear and engaged to bring out the best in students. You who apply:

• are a certified teacher with qualifications in the subject of French.
• have experience working with teaching French.
• have experience with digital methods as a reinforcement in teaching.
• master Swedish well in speech and writing.

You have a good ability to design teaching in accordance with curricula, subject plans, and current knowledge requirements. You take responsibility for and have insight into students' results and needs and structure and adapt your teaching to create a safe and adequate learning environment. You involve the student in planning and develop the student's ability to learn, both independently and together with others.

You are secure, stable, have self-awareness, and are a clear leader in the classroom. You value and create good conditions for collaboration and establish good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You plan, organize, prioritize, and analyze your lesson structure as well as other assignments included in your role effectively.
