In 1997, MoA Lärcentrum was established in Linköping, with the vision of providing high-quality, warm, and heartfelt education for adults. MoA Lärcentrum offers classroom and distance studies in various programs, including the health and care program, the child and leisure program, the sales and service program, and certain theoretical high school courses. We are proud to say that we are now one of the larger educational companies in health and care training. At MoA Lärcentrum, we take great joy and pride in educating students annually and contributing to more people gaining employment after studying with us. Our goal is to always be the students' first choice in open comparisons between schools.

We live by our guiding principles and values: Heartfelt – Inspiring - Engaging - with Quality. We strongly value our team spirit and having fun and enjoying our work!

The assignment is full-time, and the tasks include planning, documenting, and conducting teaching in classrooms, remotely, and potentially through distance education. The teaching primarily occurs in health and care subjects for adult education students, but teaching in child and leisure subjects may also be relevant. Everything is done in accordance with applicable regulations, existing guidelines, and agreements with our stakeholders, as well as our internal guidelines, routines, and policies. Administrative tasks related to the assignment, such as preparatory and follow-up work in teaching, are included. Monitoring APL placements and APL visits, as well as some procurement of APL, are part of the position.

As a teacher in adult education, it is your responsibility to lead and teach students, so it is important that you are engaged and have pedagogical talent, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire our students. You are passionate about working closely with students in their learning and personal development by being available and helping them in their studies and have an inclusive approach. A project- and problem-oriented working method is a natural way for you to work. Experience in adult education, multicultural work, and digital learning is advantageous. You should be positive about pedagogical work in teams, be able to take initiatives, and be able to work both independently and in teams. As we are a smaller educational institution, it is valuable if you have the ability to see opportunities, want to be involved in developing our operations, and enjoy working in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment where everyone strives towards the same goal and helps each other.

We would like you to be structured, flexible, and solution-focused. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and creativity.

  • You who apply have a teaching degree and a teaching license with the authority to teach the subjects included in the health and care program.
  • It is also advantageous if you are qualified to teach in child and leisure as well as in social studies.
  • Another merit is if you are a trained language representative.
  • If you are a licensed nurse, that is something we view positively.
  • Furthermore, we would like you to be a CPR instructor for S-CPR, Adult-CPR, and Child-CPR.
  • If you have experience working with Alvis, Sharepoint, and Itslearning, that is a plus.

We would like you to have previous experience teaching in high school and/or adult education.
