Rotebro IS FF is looking for a football coach for the youth side

Rotebro IS FF is seeking an ambitious coach for our older youth teams.

Are you currently looking for a coaching position where you can implement your own playing philosophy and develop as a coach alongside the team?

Rotebro IS FF has older youth teams that will transition from being parent-led to having a hired coach by the end of 2026.

Your role involves managing and developing a team consisting of players born in 2009-2010. You have great freedom to implement your own playing ideas and methods. What we ask is that you adhere to our values of getting as many as possible to play football for as long as possible.

We would like you to:

· Have played football at least at the P19 level

or

· Have previous coaching experience and references. Qualifications from SVFF/UEFA levels are advantageous.

We offer you:

· The mandate to coach and implement a playing philosophy according to your own beliefs

· Opportunities for training at SVFF/UEFA levels.

· Clothing according to profile

· Part-time compensation

· 2-3 training sessions per week + 1-2 matches per weekend.

About Rotebro IS FF

We are a football club with over 20 active teams and a youth program. The club has about 600 members, of which approximately 470 are players in our teams. Rotebro football is a non-profit organization that trains and plays matches at our beautiful facility, Skinnaråsens IP, with the guiding principles of development, joy, and unity. Our vision is to engage the majority of the youth and parents in the catchment area in a lifelong interest in football within Rotebro IS FF.
