We are looking for an engaged and competent resource teacher who wants to support, motivate, and encourage students with autism in both their schoolwork and social situations. 

You will participate in the implementation of teaching and support students during breaks and at schedule-breaking activities. Close collaboration with teachers is crucial to create an effective and supportive learning environment. You will also work in after-school care and KTT according to the curriculum goals and individual implementation plans.

The students have a social context in class, but many need one-on-one support. The work team works in teams and rotates between all classes in the unit. The job requires great flexibility, as students have significant individual needs and varying conditions. Your tasks include planning and implementing meaningful activities for students during the school day. You are responsible for supervision and safety throughout the day. You actively participate in the student's goal achievement and in the work with schedule-breaking activities, as well as collaborating with guardians in consultation with mentors.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a resource teacher in a resource school. It is advantageous if you have a high school diploma in either the Child and Leisure Program, Nursing Program, or assistant training via YH. We would like you to have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
