JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Case Officer to handle cases within SoL elderly care and social psychiatry. The work includes independently:

• preliminary assessments, investigating, and following up on cases.
• Exercising authority with high quality and legal certainty.
• Documenting and working in operational systems (Treserva and IBIC).
• Contributing to a safe and professional work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• a degree in social work or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
• experience in case management within SoL elderly care and social psychiatry is an advantage.
• experience working according to IBIC.
• a B driver's license.
• excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, statutes, and guidelines.

As a person, you have good judgment in your ability to create security and are loyal, service-oriented, and professional in your interactions. You work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, complete what you start, and meet deadlines.
