About the Position

You will be part of the HR department and become an important part of the work leading up to the transition to the new system, Workforce Manager. In connection with the system change, you will be responsible for reviewing and quality assuring the information transferred from the old system. The work involves ensuring that all personnel-related data is correct, identifying discrepancies, and making necessary corrections if needed. Your contribution is central to making the transition as smooth and accurate as possible.

Working hours: Daytime
Start date: As soon as possible or as agreed

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with several years of experience and specialist competence in SAP, Global View, and eTime. You have the ability to identify and analyze system-related problems and understand the causes of discrepancies between different systems. The role requires you to be meticulous, enjoy working methodically, and have an interest in digging into details and investigating errors in depth.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
