Your Role

We are now looking for an employee for our main planning function in Arboga/Linköping. We plan material flows and workshop work for the maintenance chain of the Gripen system. Our maintenance workshops work with mechanical and electronic systems for both civilian and military customers. The main planning function is responsible for the department's forecasting work, which serves as the basis for the organization's planning over time. You will be stationed in Linköping or Arboga, and business trips will occur between our various sites.

As a main planner, you will act as the forecasting responsible, where the work is crucial to meet our commitments. The forecasts are important inputs for the organization's management in the medium and long term. You are responsible for long-term and strategic planning in close collaboration with others and ensure that our processes are efficient and optimized to meet our commitments.

Tasks include:

• Forecasting for materials & resources for our workshops
• Analysis & presentation of forecasts for the management team and other parts of the organization.
• Identification and implementation of improvements
• Dialogue with several different departments as the function has many different interfaces
• Assistance with training/communication regarding the systems
• Conducting analyses on inventory balances and upcoming supply needs
• Ongoing analysis of incoming maintenance objects with material needs and forecast updates
• Material driving

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a relevant post-secondary education, preferably in industrial economics, logistics, or equivalent, as well as previous experience in planning or related areas. You possess good knowledge of Excel and feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. We are looking for someone who not only has the right experience but also a desire to grow in the role within the described areas.

If you also have experience in any of the following, it is an advantage for the position:

• Experience working in IFS and/or Antura business systems is highly valued
• Experience working with customization of functionality in business systems
• Inventory management, stock replenishment, material driving
• Inventory optimization
• Supply Chain
