Are you a down-to-earth and curious person looking to develop in the field of finance? CERTEGO in Västerås is now seeking a finance assistant for their HR and finance team! In the role of finance assistant, you will work broadly with ongoing financial tasks. You will be an important part of CERTEGO's team in Västerås, working closely with the business. CERTEGO is in an exciting phase with system updates, which means you will be part of a changing and developing environment. The role offers flexibility to work from home 1–2 days a week. This position is a consulting assignment via Randstad starting in January until the end of August.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the HR and finance team with a focus on accounts receivable and ongoing bookkeeping. Your tasks include, among others:

• Management of customer and supplier accounts including administration of collections and claims

• Ongoing bookkeeping

• Matching and analysis of card payments

• Project and service order administration including error handling

Qualifications

• A degree in finance (high school, KY/YH, or university).
• Previous experience in similar work, for example as a finance assistant or with customer/supplier accounts.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• An interest in systems and digital solutions. It is a merit if you have previously worked in Business Central or Exflow, but it is not a requirement.
