We are looking for an experienced Business Controller for a qualified consulting assignment with a leading role in three business areas. You combine strategic work with operational leadership and drive both business and process development.

About the assignment
As a Business Controller, you are responsible for leading consulting assignments of high complexity and ensuring quality in deliveries. You actively contribute to the development of consulting products, services, and business strategies. In this role, you participate in management meetings, drive process improvements, and are responsible for budget and policy recommendations. You lead teams focused on operational planning and business development, often through frontline managers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and ensure quality in complex consulting assignments.
• Develop consulting products, services, and overall business strategies.
• Coordinate and improve internal processes to meet customer needs.
• Monitor, approve, and review work performed by others.
• Define best practices and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
• Actively participate in management meetings and contribute with analyses and recommendations.
• Be responsible for budget work, policy development, and medium-term planning.
• Lead and develop teams with a focus on efficiency, quality, and goal fulfillment.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in Business Controlling or a similar leading financial function.
• Experience in leading complex assignments and working across multiple business areas.
• SAP knowledge is a requirement.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working at the management level and supporting strategic decisions.
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on expertise.
