We are currently looking for 2 temporary accounting assistants for the team working with customer invoicing at the Shared Service Center Hub within ICA Business Services.

About the job as an accounting assistant

With us, you will play an important role in ensuring an efficient customer invoicing process. Together with a group of wonderful colleagues, you will create and nurture ICA's customer relationships in close dialogue with the customer. Team spirit is important as you collectively support and help each other in daily work and achieve goals together.

We want you to contribute to shaping, streamlining, and developing our work processes to continue our journey towards the finance function of the future.

The team's task is to ensure accurate accounts receivable for ICA's corporate companies. To succeed in this, you will daily be responsible for:

• Managing inaccuracies in our invoicing system Cosmoz
• Ensuring invoicing
• Performing reconciliations
• Qualitative claims management
• Maintaining daily contact with our customers and other units within the company.
• Investigating and analyzing discrepancies to ensure accurate accounts receivable and report a qualitative financial statement
• Initiating improvements in our processes to enhance quality and efficiency

Are you the one we are looking for?

We see that you have a basic understanding of the accounting process and an interest in digitalization and automation. We would like you to have worked for a few years with similar tasks and are looking for new challenges. Good knowledge of Excel and other relevant systems is an advantage.
