You will belong to the Shared Service department within OKQ8, located in Västerås. Our office is centrally located, and we have about 65 employees.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable and payable
• Invoicing
• Invoice matching
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Contact with customers and colleagues via email and phone

We are looking for

We are looking for driven accounting assistants who can contribute energy and strong customer focus to OKQ8. The positions are temporary for the summer of 2026.

We are looking for someone who is driven, collaborative, and willing to share their expertise. You have a flexible approach and want to contribute to development while managing your ongoing tasks with high quality.

Qualifications

• You have completed at least one year of the Business Administration program at a university or equivalent vocational training and are interested in specializing in accounting and auditing.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in service and good communication skills
