About the roleThe customer center is the hub of our customer contact, and here you meet our customers in all channels – through personal visits, by phone, chat, and email. In this role, you are responsible for providing accurate information and guidance regarding our residential areas and apartments, always with a customer-oriented and businesslike approach. You handle inquiries for both existing tenants and people looking for housing, which means a varied role with many points of contact and a fast pace.
Typical tasks:
Receive and assist customers via visits, phone, chat, and email
Answer questions about apartments, residential areas, and our services
Issue and manage keys
Receive, register, and distribute incoming service requests
Provide support to both tenants and housing seekers
Work daily in several digital systems
Who are we looking for?
You have a relevant high school education
You have an ongoing college or university education or another employment of at least 50%
Good knowledge of the Office suite and good digital skills and ability to work in multiple systems
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
Meritorious:
Previous experience in service or customer-facing roles
Knowledge of additional languages

Good to knowWe are looking for someone who wants to work alongside their main employment and sees a part-time job as an opportunity to build experience, strengthen their CV, and create valuable contacts for the future. This is a job for you who want to increase your income, gain references, and develop in a qualified and meritorious service profession.
Our working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00, and we expect you to be able to work on average 1-2 days a week, as well as be available during summer and Christmas holidays. For us, continuity and responsibility are important, both for the team and for our customers.
