About the roleThe customer center is the hub of our customer contact, and here you meet our customers in all channels – through personal visits, by phone, chat, and email. In this role, you are responsible for providing accurate information and guidance regarding our residential areas and apartments, always with a customer-oriented and businesslike approach. You handle inquiries for both existing tenants and people looking for housing, which means a varied role with many points of contact and a fast pace.

Typical tasks:

  • Receive and assist customers via visits, phone, chat, and email

  • Answer questions about apartments, residential areas, and our services

  • Issue and manage keys

  • Receive, register, and distribute incoming service requests

  • Provide support to both tenants and housing seekers

  • Work daily in several digital systems

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a relevant high school education

  • You have an ongoing college or university education or another employment of at least 50%

  • Good knowledge of the Office suite and good digital skills and ability to work in multiple systems

  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

  • Good knowledge of English in speech and writing

Meritorious:

  • Previous experience in service or customer-facing roles

  • Knowledge of additional languages

Good to knowWe are looking for someone who wants to work alongside their main employment and sees a part-time job as an opportunity to build experience, strengthen their CV, and create valuable contacts for the future. This is a job for you who want to increase your income, gain references, and develop in a qualified and meritorious service profession.

Our working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00, and we expect you to be able to work on average 1-2 days a week, as well as be available during summer and Christmas holidays. For us, continuity and responsibility are important, both for the team and for our customers.
