About the assignment

We are now looking for an experienced and self-driven recruitment consultant for one of our clients in Västmanland. The assignment starts in mid-January and initially lasts for three months with full-time hours. There may be an opportunity for remote work after training.

Your responsibilities

As a recruitment consultant, you will work on recruiting new employees for the client's various units. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from initiation, selection to interviews and reference checks. You will also:

• support managers in the recruitment process from start to finish

• work on recruiting employees and specialists

• operate based on a competency-based and unbiased recruitment process

Your qualifications

• Post-secondary education or experience in a relevant field such as staffing, HR, or labor market areas

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and staffing, preferably within the municipal sector

• Be a self-starter, initiate activities, and achieve results

• You have a good habit of working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results

• Be confident, stable, and independent in your role as a recruiter
