Your Role

We are now looking for a business and resource coordinator for the staff within Ground Support Equipment. You will be a central part of the work to plan and follow up resources for both ongoing and upcoming assignments. You will have a broad contact surface and work closely with bid leaders, production managers, and other colleagues within the staff. Together, we ensure that the business has the right conditions to achieve its goals.

Examples of tasks:

• Collect, analyze, and report resource needs
• Prepare decision-making materials
• Present materials and engage in dialogue with managers and the management team
• Provide system support to the department's users of the support system Antura
• Participate in the development of our working methods within business support and resource planning.

You will be located at one of our sites, Östersund, Arboga, or Linköping. Travel between locations is part of the role.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, we see that you have an interest in planning and structure and enjoy working with numbers. We believe you are self-driven, solution-oriented, and like to take the initiative to drive work forward. You enjoy switching between independent work and collaboration with many different contacts. The role involves many administrative elements, which requires you to be meticulous, organized, and responsible for your tasks. You also have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We would like you to have:

• University education or other relevant background
• Experience in resource/personnel planning
• Experience in compiling and processing numbers
• Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
