Medical Secretary at Vascular Clinic

Job Responsibilities

As a medical secretary with us, you play an important role in supporting the Vascular Clinic with various administrative tasks. A large part of the job involves interacting with patients and relatives, colleagues, and other healthcare providers you meet at the clinic and on the phone.

Your main tasks include writing medical notes and handling referrals, bookings, and mail, as well as answering phone calls.

About the Workplace

At Vascular Surgery, which is an independent clinic, you will be welcomed to a workplace with a familiar and open work climate. The clinic has nine beds for vascular patients, one bed for eye patients, and five beds for ear-nose-throat patients. Our operations also include arterial and venous outpatient services, inpatient surgical operations, clinical research, and aortic screening.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary. It is an advantage if you have one or more years of experience in the profession or administrative work. We prefer that you have good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Experience with the Cosmic journal system and diagnostic coding is also a plus.

We believe that you are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks in a structured manner. Your ability to collaborate is good, and you relate to others in a responsive and smooth way. You are service-oriented and have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others flexibly. We also believe that you are a confident and stable person who can maintain a professional demeanor in various situations.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Employment Conditions

Permanent position, full-time. Working hours are daytime. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.
