Your new job

As a senior accountant/business advisor, you will be a key person in the team. You will work independently with the entire accounting process and act as a business coach, where you and the client develop their business and finances together. You will base your work on the numbers, and together with the client's own knowledge of their business, you will create value.

You will have like-minded colleagues to bounce ideas off when needed; we believe that no one can know everything on their own. We have good internal cooperation both in Västerås and between our other offices, and we often say that there is always a colleague who knows.

You will also support more junior colleagues as the role model you are, inspiring their development and careers. We believe in self-leadership, collaboration, and always staying one step ahead.
