About the HR Specialist Role:

As an HR Specialist at Jefferson Wells, working with our client in Västerås, you will play a central role in driving and administering HR processes. You will work broadly within HR and reward programs, focusing on both operational and strategic tasks. The role involves handling complex issues and serving as expert support within the organization.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Manage HR-related issues regarding employment, recruitment, terminations, and labor law.
• Administer contract renewals, trainee programs, and expatriate employment.
• Maintain personnel records and documentation regarding pensions, insurance, leave, and sick leave.
• Be responsible for statistical reporting to internal management and external authorities.
• Implement and administer reward programs, including payroll administration and benefits.
• Possibly be responsible for selecting and managing HR outsourcing providers.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is senior in the HR field and enjoys working independently on complex issues. You have the ability to drive projects and processes with limited supervision and can coach and support colleagues at lower levels. To succeed in this role, you are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented.

We Prefer That You Have:

• Several years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law, recruitment, and HR administration.
• Experience with reward programs and payroll administration.
• Good knowledge of statistics and reporting.
• The ability to work independently and handle complex issues.
• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
