We are now looking for an HR consultant. The assignment starts immediately and lasts for a few weeks, more information will be provided during the interview.

The assignment involves providing advice and participating in negotiations to ensure correct and efficient handling.

You should have previously worked with:

Strategic advice prior to negotiations.
Presence during negotiations.
Possible support with documentation and follow-up work.

Requirements for the consultant's competence:

Documented experience of negotiations according to MBL and labor law issues.
Good knowledge of processes related to redundancy and restructuring.
Ability to provide strategic advice and manage complex personnel matters.
Availability for preparatory meetings and physical presence during negotiations.
