In this senior and strategic role, you will be an important partner to both HR and the business managers. You will enter a situation where recruitment needs are high, and your experience will make a real difference. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

• Drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish

• Be a support and advisory partner to managers in the organization

• Collaborate with HR and the business side to strengthen the candidate pipeline and experience

• Utilize modern recruitment tools and systems for sourcing, engagement, and employer branding

• Deliver market insights and contribute to initiatives in talent attraction

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition and stakeholder management

• The ability to work independently and deliver in an innovative and tech-oriented environment

• Strong understanding of modern recruitment methods and sourcing strategies

• Experience with Workday is a clear advantage

You are confident in your profession, communicative, proactive, and accustomed to handling recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You build relationships with ease and enjoy being a strategic partner throughout the process.
