About the Position

Do you want to work with qualified HR issues in a dynamic and international environment? We are now looking for an experienced HR specialist for a consulting assignment of about one year. You will be employed by Poolia and have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a role that encompasses both strategic and operational HR processes.

Your Main Responsibilities

As an HR specialist, you will have a broad and responsible role where you:

Lead and drive larger HR processes and projects with limited supervision.
Handle complex labor law issues, hiring and termination processes, as well as contract renewals.
Administer trainee programs, expatriates, and pension processes.
Ensure correct personnel documentation (work history, insurance, leave, sick leave, salary development).
Be responsible for statistical reporting to internal management and external authorities.
Implement and administer reward programs, including salary and benefits administration.
May select and manage vendors for HR outsourcing.
Coach and support colleagues and delegate work to junior staff.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

Has solid experience in qualified HR work and is confident in labor law issues.
Is used to working independently with complex problems and driving projects.
Has a good understanding of HR processes, reward programs, and statistical reporting.
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
Has a relevant university degree in HR or equivalent.
