We are now looking for an experienced recruiter who can strengthen our client's recruitment organization during an intensive period. The assignment is temporary and suits you who can quickly adapt to new environments, work independently, and deliver high quality throughout the recruitment process. 

About the role

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for your assigned roles. You will act as a strategic support to managers and HR while actively working to create a positive candidate experience. The role requires both operational drive and the ability to work closely with the business to effectively address capacity and competency needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire recruitment process, from requirements profile to signing

• Provide consultative support to managers and HR in recruitment and competency issues

• Proactively work with talent pipelines and candidate networks

• Ensure good candidate communication and a professional experience throughout the process

• Use and manage recruitment systems and tools for sourcing, advertising, and employer branding

• Contribute market insights and recommendations in talent attraction

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and collaboration with managers and business leaders

• Ability to work independently, solution-oriented, and deliver in an innovative, tech-oriented environment

• Good knowledge of modern recruitment methods, sourcing, and candidate-driven processes

• Experience with Workday is highly desirable
