Administrator Wanted for Global Recycling and Waste Management Company

Our client is a global company operating in recycling and waste management, and we are looking for an administrator to start immediately. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive work environment and handle important administrative tasks in a central function.

We are looking for an administrator for a consulting assignment with immediate start. In the role of administrator, your daily tasks will include answering phone calls and responding to emails, mostly from customers but also from suppliers. You will also be the company's face to the outside world as you greet visitors and drivers in their reception. A large part of the administrative processes takes place in their ERP system, where you will set up new customer relationships based on orders from the company's salespeople and create invoice documentation. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks that support daily operations and contribute to efficiency. Our client has their office located in Kolbäck, Västerås, where you are expected to work on-site. We are looking for someone who can start immediately, with a long-term assignment and good chances of direct recruitment to our client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

In the role of administrator, you will work with:

• Being a central contact point by handling incoming calls and emails
• Welcoming and assisting visiting customers, drop-off personnel, and drivers in the reception
• Weighing in and out deliveries and managing notifications
• Registering new customer relationships on behalf of salespeople
• Creating and quality-assuring invoice documentation
• Working continuously in the ERP system for customer setup, weighing, and invoicing

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has previous experience in administration, front office, or helpdesk
• Has good computer skills and has worked in ERP systems or similar
• Has fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Has a B driver's license and access to a car
