Your main responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process for assigned roles and act as an advisor to hiring managers.
• Collaborate closely with HR and the business to address challenges in candidate flows and improve the candidate experience.
• Utilize and maintain recruitment tools and systems for sourcing, engagement, and employer branding.
• Stay updated on market trends and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our efforts to attract talent.

• Broad experience in recruitment

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and sourcing strategies
