About the role

As a Service & R&D Controller, you will be an important part of the controlling team in Sweden. You will work with operational controlling and support managers and technical leaders in the daily monitoring of operations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Budget, forecast, and cost monitoring
• Analysis of results, utilization, and productivity
• Financial planning and support for year-end closing
• Monitoring of service operations and workshops across Sweden
• Collaboration with technical managers, project controllers, and field organization
• Ongoing improvement work within processes and reporting

You will work closely with colleagues both in Sweden and internationally. Part of the reporting work is handled by an offshore team, allowing you to focus on monitoring, analysis, and strategic controlling work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in controlling who wants to work broadly within both service and R&D. You thrive in a role with many contact points and appreciate combining numbers with business understanding.

We believe you have:

• An academic degree in economics, finance, or equivalent
• Experience in controlling, preferably within industry, service, or project operations
• Good knowledge of Excel and financial systems (experience with SAP is a plus)
• Ability to analyze, plan, and communicate clearly
• Fluent English – Swedish is a plus

About the assignment

• Scope: Full-time, consulting assignment via A-hub
• Start: As agreed
• Location: Västerås, work primarily on-site with some possibility for remote work
• Employment type: You will work as a consultant for 12 months with the ambition to be directly employed by the client thereafter.
