Main Responsibilities:

Strive to resolve tickets according to SLA, KPIs, and ticket management documentation. Identify incidents that may be potential problems according to the problem management process. Receive and prioritize issues and escalate them according to appropriate escalation procedures. Collaborate with global and local support teams. Train and inform users and encourage them to become self-sufficient. Update documentation and shared information on the support web portal.

Technical Skills:

Provide support via phone and remote access. Extensive hands-on experience with the latest Microsoft products, including Windows 10/11, Office 2016 / O365, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive. Practical experience with computer hardware. Ability to read, understand, and follow technical documentation, procedures, and processes. A typing speed exceeding 200 characters per minute. ITIL v3.0 Foundation. Excellent spoken and written English/Italian/Swedish skills.

Personal Skills:

Good analytical ability, investigation, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage stakeholders. Ability to multitask and perform several tasks simultaneously.

Soft Skills:

Service-minded and flexible. Passionate about learning new things. Team player with a natural talent for working with people. Can work under pressure and handle stressful situations in a calm and effective manner. Good awareness of and appreciation for social and cultural differences. Structured and organized.
