If so, you have come to the right place! Right now, we at Manpower are looking for a customer service representative for our client Osby Vitvaror in Helsingborg. We are primarily looking for someone who enjoys solving customer needs in a careful and responsible manner.

This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and Osby Vitvaror. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site with the client.

The assignment is 100% and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The start is immediate.

About the job as a customer service representative at Osby Vitvaror

As a customer service representative, you will have an exciting role with various challenges where each day can look a little different.

In your role, you will handle and administer incoming fault reports/service cases in our after-sales department. You will also manage and administer ongoing orders from our customers. Together with your team, you will work on our customer cases in the business system Pyramid.

Are you the right fit for the role of customer service representative?

We at Manpower are looking for someone who has experience in administration and customer service work. It is an advantage if you have an interest in how technical products work.

We believe that you have good communication skills and thrive best when you can collaborate with others. Since availability and customer interaction are important for delivering a positive customer experience, we see that you are motivated to provide good service and are attentive. As the work requires high structure and order, you are also meticulous as a person, used to working in data and system environments, and have the ability to prioritize your work and be solution-focused. It is also important that you can handle a varied work pace and are flexible as the workload may vary.

Your profile

• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent
• Good computer and system skills
• You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
• Technically interested.
