About the position

In this role, you will closely collaborate with the project team to coordinate and drive various procurement issues in all phases of the projects. In our large collaborative contracts, you will actively participate alongside the contracted contractor. The contractor drives and is responsible for procurements in the projects, and your role will be to actively participate in the larger and strategically important procurements to monitor and contribute to the best possible business benefits. This is to ensure that the project's procurement strategy is met and that the contractor's procurement is managed optimally with regard to the project's conditions and goals.

Main responsibilities

• to work with the contractor to develop routines, working methods, follow-up, and strategies for collaboration.
• to provide procurement support to Specialfastigheter's and contractors' project organization.
• to ensure that requirements are handled regarding procurement issues towards the contractor and its suppliers.
• to promote that feedback from construction projects creates and enables synergies between projects for the delivery of the best possible business benefits.
• to actively monitor and contribute to the market and external environment and to have good knowledge of the supplier base primarily within Sweden.

The role is adaptable, and as we are in a strong growth phase, an important part of the work is to drive and lead an improved working method within procurement. You will be part of an engaged procurement team that currently consists of 18 people distributed in various roles.

About you

To be successful in this role, you have several years of experience in qualified procurement work for larger real estate and construction projects.

Qualifications

You have an academic degree or other relevant further education in economics, procurement, law, contracting, or another relevant field for the position. We also see that you have:

• experience in supplier negotiations and supplier management
• good knowledge of contract law such as AB04 and ABT06
• experience in developing working methods and processes related to procurement work.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with procurement in real estate and construction projects over 1 billion SEK, have experience from other collaborative projects, and have worked with procurement according to LOU/LUFS.

Location

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Lund or Gothenburg, and work will also take place at our project offices. Since the procurement unit is largely based in Linköping and Stockholm today, the position involves some travel to be on-site at the projects.
