About the Position

At Boxflow, we have received a new mandate from our client to find the next star for their customer support team. The assignment is for 60% initially until summer, with a possible extension. The position will be based at the client's office in central Malmö, and you will work Wednesdays to Fridays from 08:00 to 16:30. There may be opportunities to work more during certain periods. We offer you the chance to be part of a larger team where you, together with your colleagues, work on the daily operations of customer support.

The position can start as agreed, preferably as soon as possible!

Job Responsibilities

The customer support role involves receiving calls from existing and new customers. Your main tasks will be to answer and guide customers in their inquiries and to register calls in the client's CRM system. In your role, you will provide professional and customer-oriented service. The calls will primarily be in Danish and via phone.

• Receive and manage inquiries regarding the client's product
• Register calls and document in the CRM system
• Actively work to strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers

Profile and Background

We are looking for someone with previous experience in customer service and support, preferably aimed at Danish-speaking customers. You need to be service-oriented and, above all, meticulous as you work with medical technology products. Furthermore, you should have good collaboration skills and social competence.

• Previous experience in a similar role
