We are currently looking for reinforcement to our team in the form of a project manager in refrigeration, located in Malmö.

A.R.C is a company in the real estate industry that works to create sustainability and profitability for our clients. A.R.C was founded in 2020 in the small Småland forests by five passionate individuals and today has over 70 employees in 11 offices across Sweden. We are looking for a driven and structured project manager to lead large and small projects in refrigeration and ventilation. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire project process – from planning to delivery – and ensure that our clients' needs are met with the highest quality.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and drive projects in refrigeration and ventilation from start to finish.
• Be responsible for budget, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in project management within the installation industry, preferably with a focus on refrigeration and ventilation.
• Has a technical education, preferably in HVAC, energy technology, or equivalent.
• Is accustomed to working with budgets and schedules and has a structured approach to work.
• Has good communication skills and thrives in a customer-facing role.
• Has a B driver's license.
