Your new position

As a project manager, you will play a central role where you are responsible for leading and ensuring the delivery of HVAC design. You will coordinate the work in multidisciplinary design teams and have overall responsibility for quality, budget, timelines, follow-up, and client contact. The role offers variety, responsibility, and close collaboration with both colleagues and clients, while contributing to sustainable solutions that make a difference. Here you will have the space to develop, grow in your leadership, and contribute to complex projects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and drive projects primarily in healthcare environments
• Design of HVAC systems, or special systems such as medical gases, etc.
• Provide support and advice to our clients in decisions on complex technical issues
• Act as a mentor for less experienced employees
• Collaboration with colleagues both nationally and internationally.

You will be part of our team in Kristianstad, which currently consists of 13 colleagues who design and deliver consulting services in technical installations. We are part of our global competence center, Ramboll Healthcare, where we have gathered expertise in hospital buildings, based on experiences from projects in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and the UK.

About you

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe the following applies to you:

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager
• You have several years of experience in HVAC design
• You have a strong interest in client dialogue
• You have an interest in digitalization
• You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
