Inside Sales Representative for Areco Industry

We are now looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Responsibilities and Tasks

In the role of Inside Sales Representative, you need to have a strong customer focus, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and good communication skills to provide the best possible service. You will have primary responsibility for supporting our salespeople and ensuring that our customers have accurate and relevant information.

Your tasks include:

  • Entering, following up, and closing orders, as well as answering various questions from our customers regarding material and delivery status.
  • Handling customer inquiries: Responding to and resolving questions from customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Solving problems: Managing and resolving any issues or complaints that customers may have and working to find effective solutions.
  • Coordinating with other departments: Collaborating with warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure that customer needs are met.

Experience and Knowledge

We prefer that you have previous experience working in customer service or support. Fluent English is a requirement for the role of Inside Sales Representative. You should be familiar with working in business systems. It is an advantage if you have worked in Pyramid Business Studio.
