AudioNova is looking for a Front Office who is interested in working with customer reception in-store together with the current Front Office and audiologists at our reception in Ystad. Your role is of great importance to the reception, and therefore it is a significant role to take on. Do you want to be part of our success and well-being?

Job Responsibilities: As Front Office at AudioNova, you will work with customer reception, switchboard, bookings, invoicing, receipts, and cash handling, troubleshooting, and basic service of hearing aids and assistive devices. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of teamwork with a customer focus. You have experience in customer service, administration, and switchboard, a high level of service, and the ability to be flexible and structured. It is also important to prioritize and work towards both personal and common goals. Since your role is the face of our store, it is essential that you are service-oriented and can quickly switch between back-office tasks and taking care of our customers at the counter.

Education/Experience: You who are applying have a strong sense of teamwork and can deliver good customer service. You have good communication skills and find it easy to build good relationships. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you are expected to independently prioritize and structure tasks while being a good team colleague with flexibility required both in yourself and in your role.
