HR Administrator for Parental Leave Substitute
Do you enjoy administration? Do you want to make an impact and make a difference? The Air Staff is currently in a period of expansive growth where successful HR work is crucial. We are now looking for an HR Administrator for a parental leave substitute!
The position is located at the Air Staff's HR department, which consists of both civilian and military personnel. Here, specialists and generalists work within the HR field, with some working internally for the Air Staff as a unit and others more broadly for the entire Air Force.
The HR department is divided into three sections, and you will belong to the Air Staff's HR section, focusing on the Air Staff as a workplace. The section's work is led by the HR manager of the Air Staff. Your tasks will also include supporting the department's joint work.
Main Responsibilities
The work as an HR Administrator is varied and involves coordinating and performing various administrative tasks commonly found in an HR department. Among other things, the tasks include preparing and producing summaries, decision-making materials, and drafting documents in our case management system VIDAR. You will also support recruitment processes by reviewing and publishing job advertisements, assisting with selection, and possibly supporting interviews. You are responsible for keeping the agenda, sending meeting invitations, and writing minutes and protocols for relevant collaboration forums. The work also involves being responsible for maintaining and managing the unit's personnel records. As part of the job, you will assist with personnel administrative documents and, if necessary, help with bookings and orders within the department.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Completed upper secondary education.
- Experience in HR administrative work.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Driving license B.

You are service-oriented and find it easy to connect with people. In everyday life, you need to be driven and structured but also flexible, as we operate in a dynamic organization that can change character. We are looking for someone who can work in a team as well as independently. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
DESIRABLE
- Experience working within a government agency.
- Experience in recruitment administration.
- Experience working in SAP/ the Armed Forces' personnel system PRIO.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment, substitute from 2026-02-01 to 2027-01-31, or by agreement.
Employment rate: Full-time.
Work location: Uppsala.
Salary and benefits: According to collective agreement.

The primary and largest task of the Air Staff is to support the Air Force Chief's leadership of all wings and schools in the Air Force at all levels of the conflict scale. The Air Staff develops, plans, executes, and evaluates orders and directives issued by the Air Force Chief. The Air Staff consists of approximately 350 employees.
