ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client operates in financial management and places a strong focus on customer satisfaction. As a customer service representative with our client, you will play a vital role in ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will handle various customer inquiries and contribute to a positive customer experience. The team is characterized by collaboration and helpfulness.

The assignment runs half-day on 18/12-25 and full-day on 19/12-25. You will receive an introduction to your work on the half-day 18/12 and work independently on 19/12.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Register and document customer interactions
• Resolve customer issues and complaints
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying a post-secondary education in Uppsala of at least 50%, or has another main occupation of at least 50%
• Has previous experience handling incoming phone calls and emails
• Has good administrative skills
• Is experienced in working with systems
• Has fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as the work is conducted in both languages

It is a merit if you have experience in customer service or a similar service profession.
