We are now looking for a Market Intelligence Analyst for Fresenius Kabi's marketing company.
About the position
As a Market Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our BI tools and integrating them with our CRM system Salesforce. You will become a strategic partner to the marketing units and support them with insights regarding sales, competition, and market dynamics. The role requires you to be analytical, independent, solution-oriented, communicative, and social, while also having a collaborative mindset and a strong business focus.
An important part of the job is to explain and visualize data internally in a way that makes your colleagues understand and act on the insights. You will work with our analysis tool Power BI, which requires a good understanding of both the technology and the economic context behind the numbers.
You will work and belong to the marketing company at Fresenius Kabi, which is centrally located in Uppsala with about 40 employees. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team and be part of our exciting everyday life where business development and innovation are in focus.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop BI tools and integrations with CRM (Salesforce)
- Build systems for price controls/functions
- Design and harmonize dashboards and processes for Sales Excellence
- Create analytical tools for key areas and monitor KPIs
- Collaborate with other departments in the company to deliver high-quality solutions in sales and marketing
- Lead projects and optimize integrations with partners
Suitable background
- Academic degree in economics, business administration, or similar
- 5–7 years of experience in BI, commercial excellence, or market analysis
- Good understanding of Power BI, which is our primary analysis tool
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of economics and the ability to translate this into business decisions
- Experience in data visualization and project management
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Experience working with ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load)

Employment conditions:
The position begins with a probationary period, which after 6 months will transition into a permanent position upon agreement between the parties.
