In June 2025, Björkmans Bil inaugurated its new Kia facility at Annelund in Enköping. We are now looking for Enköping's best Salesperson for Sweden's most modern Kia facility. We seek someone who is passionate about sales, results-oriented, and enjoys building relationships with new and existing customers. About the position

As a salesperson at Björkmans Bil, you will be part of a competent team that works together to drive the sales of new Kia and used cars, with a particular focus on Kia's wide range of plug-in and fully electric vehicles. Your mission will be to create and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, both private individuals and corporate clients, and to ensure an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

In the role of salesperson, you will:

  • Be responsible for the entire sales process, from the first customer contact to the delivery of the car. Ensure that customers are very satisfied with our way of meeting their needs, aiming for the highest customer satisfaction.
  • The phone is one of our most important tools. We are proactive in creating customer contacts, demonstrating cars, handling test drives, creating quotes, and assisting customers with their new car.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and inform about our products, options, and financing solutions, both in the showroom and via phone and email.
  • Actively work to maintain and develop customer relationships through a high level of service and professional interaction.
  • The Kia team works together to keep our modern Kia showroom and used car department in good condition and assists with other tasks included in the job.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a car salesperson and has a good sense for numbers/business.
  • Has documented successful results from previous sales work and is driven to close deals with our customers. Experience in B2B sales is considered highly meritorious.
  • Has the ability to build trust and enthusiastically deliver the highest service to your customers. You find it easy to establish, nurture, and maintain customer contacts.
  • Is an engaged team player who is competitive, well-organized, and does not hesitate to help where needed.
  • Holds a high school diploma, has good computer skills, is fluent in Swedish both spoken and written, and has a B driver's license.
