Do you want to work at the heart of production and be a key player in our delivery process? Habia Cable in Söderfors is now looking for an engaged and structured Order Planner to join our planning team. Here, you will play a central role in creating efficient production, high delivery precision, and a good customer experience.

Job Description

As an Order Planner, you will be responsible for creating realistic and optimized production plans and ensuring that orders are handled correctly throughout the flow. You will work closely with production, purchasing, sales, and internal support functions.

Your main tasks:

• Plan, follow up, and adjust production orders.

• Manage deviations and lead discussions around solutions.

• Respond to lead time inquiries based on capacity and material availability.

• Communicate clearly with sales and other functions.

• Contribute to improvement work within planning and processes.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a coordinating role where you need to keep many details together at the same time. You are confident in making decisions, enjoy structure, and have the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.

We believe you have:

• Experience in production planning, order management, or logistics (preferable but not required).

• Good system skills and the ability to analyze data.

• Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

• A solution-oriented approach and a willingness to collaborate.
