PreZero Recycling AB is a sustainable partner in recycling and waste management, regardless of the type of residual material or business. Together with their customers, they contribute to the circular economy and a more sustainable future. PreZero offers effective waste and recycling solutions with a focus on customer needs and long-term sustainability. They collect and manage residual materials from customers' operations through recycling and/or energy recovery. In their daily work, customer benefit equals environmental benefit. In Sweden, PreZero operates at approximately 60 locations, has over 1,100 employees, more than 50 recycling and reception facilities, and manages waste in about 40 Swedish municipalities. Their operations create value not only for the customers they provide recycling services to but also for the manufacturing industry and energy sector by refining waste into valuable raw materials for new production.

Job responsibilities
As a salesperson at PreZero, you will play a central role in developing business in Uppland, focusing on customers in the construction and trade sectors. Your responsibilities encompass the entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to building long-term customer relationships and signing contracts. You will work both to nurture existing collaborations and to prospect new customers, primarily among regional companies in the Uppsala area.
Your work will involve physical customer visits and digital meetings, where you present PreZero's service offerings in waste management, recycling, and sustainable comprehensive solutions. By understanding customers' needs and challenges, you will offer tailored solutions that contribute to both efficiency and reduced environmental impact. You will be part of an engaged sales team with 15 colleagues in Region East, where there is much experience and expertise to draw from. In this role, you will receive strong sales support in the form of routines, systems, templates, coaching, and administration, while also having significant personal responsibility to drive your business forward.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• At least two years of experience in B2B sales
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM
• Valid driver's license (B)
• Experience in sales to the construction industry is highly meritorious
• Experience in service sales is considered an advantage
