Biltrean in Uppsala is looking for a salesperson for the used car department! About the position

In this role, you will work with the sale and purchase of used cars for private individuals and companies. Your workdays will be very varied, and you will be involved in the entire process - from the first customer contact to the delivery of the car. The position will also involve proactive contact with existing and new customers.

It also includes preparatory work for the sale of the cars, a large part of the job therefore involves planning and organizing, from creating car advertisements and photographing cars to booking any repair needs or driving cars to and from, for example, inspection. It is therefore of utmost importance that you enjoy working in a structured manner and can handle many tasks simultaneously. We encourage innovation and new approaches, giving you ample opportunity to influence how we will work moving forward.

We are convinced that being available to customers is crucial for a good result, so being flexible with working hours from time to time is a prerequisite for this role to suit you.

You will be part of a high-performing team of seven salespeople - a close-knit team that enjoys working together but places great importance on delivering results. We have good collaboration among colleagues and departments and are driven to achieve goals, both individually and collectively.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a few years of sales experience. If you have previously worked with proactive and/or relationship-building sales, that is a plus. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you also speak other languages, that is an advantage. A B driver's license is required.

As a person, you are engaged, driven, and motivated by achieving goals and creating good results. At the same time, you are good at building relationships and establishing trust, both with customers and colleagues. You find it easy to make contacts and are a team player who contributes energy, joy, and a positive atmosphere to the team. Your sense of responsibility and attention to detail ensure that you maintain a good structure in your work.

Additional information

The position is a permanent full-time employment. A probationary period applies. Start date according to agreement.

📍 Location is at the facility in Uppsala.

Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM. Weekend work is also included every third weekend, Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 3 PM. Other working hours may occur.

Biltrean is a family-owned business in its third generation and has been a Toyota dealer since 1973. In 2024, Börje Johansson Bilservice AB was acquired, which, like Biltrean, is a 50-year-old family business and a Toyota dealer.

Biltrean currently has three full-service locations located in Uppsala, Norrtälje, and Åkersberga. In our facilities, we have the latest technology and current training to assist our customers in everything from car purchases to service and damage management.

We have a total of about 140 employees at Biltrean.
