About the assignment

At Novare Bemanning, we are a proud and approved supplier of the government framework agreement in Sweden. We are currently looking for an accounting economist for a government agency in Uppsala.

As an accounting economist at the agency, you will primarily work with project reporting to funders, ongoing accounting, monthly financial statements, and annual accounts. Other tasks within the finance area may also occur.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is skilled in accounting. You have good communication skills and find it easy to collaborate with others. You take initiative and work in a structured manner.

Requirements for the position

• very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• very good knowledge of MS Office, especially experience working in Excel
• experience working with Agresso U4
• experience in government accounting, i.e., ongoing bookkeeping, monthly financial statements, and annual accounts

Assignment period and scope

The assignment is full-time with an estimated start in early December and initially lasts for 4 months. The location is at the agency in Uppsala.
