VPK Packaging is looking for a Production Leader in Norrköping

VPK Packaging is one of Scandinavia's leading packaging suppliers of sustainable packaging. Our products include corrugated packaging, display and packaging machines. The company operates today as One Nordic and is distributed with six factories in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. VPK Packaging is part of the Belgian packaging group VPK.

This position is a replacement recruitment due to retirement.

What you will influence:

As a production leader, you will be responsible for achieving the production's set KPIs together with the shift's employees. Our KPIs that you will work with are safety, quality, sustainability, costs, and deliveries.

• Reporting outcomes in the production process
• Responsible for goals and routines during their shifts
• Register deviations in Queens (safety system).
• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity during the shift.
• Ensure that the company's routines are followed and developed.

As a production leader, you will lead, coach, and motivate employees to achieve the best results. You will have personnel responsibility in managing development, sick leave, and be part of the management in the payroll process.

Your profile:

We prefer that you come from a manufacturing industry with at least five years of experience in a leadership position. You have knowledge of process development in the form of Lean - continuous improvements and safety development in production.

We are looking for a leader with knowledge of a coaching approach, where the employee is the focus to develop both the company and the individual.
