Your Role

We are an organization in strong growth within the manufacturing aerospace industry. Our daily work is characterized by focusing on safety, quality, and delivery at all levels, as well as development and continuous improvements in close collaboration between different functions. We are now strengthening our production leadership team and are looking for several driven Production Leaders who want to help shape our future. We are seeking Production Leaders for several of our different production areas within Detail Manufacturing, Assembly, Electrical Assembly, and Final Assembly.

As a leader with us, you will play a central role in developing both employees and the organization. You create clear goals, work closely with your teams, and engage them to achieve common results. You thrive in an environment where change is a natural part of everyday life and where cross-functional collaboration is key to success. As a production leader, you are a first-line manager and report to the Shop Manager.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a supportive, coaching, and communicative leadership style
• Has experience in change management and driving improvements
• Sets clear goals and follows up on them in an inspiring way
• Has the ability to engage and develop teams
• Enjoys working cross-functionally to achieve common goals
• Has previous leadership experience from a similar role
• Has experience from the manufacturing industry

Our production sections work both day and shift.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
