Per Albin hems preschool is located in Kulladal and consists of 4 departments. A large yard is available for children's creativity and imagination. A significant part of the yard will be newly developed at the beginning of 2026, which will be a great boost for all the preschool's children. The preschool works with a Reggio-inspired approach and has educational environments that invite creativity and creative working methods.

The preschool administration is one of Malmö's largest administrations. We have about 4500 employees who meet approximately 15,500 children and their guardians every day at one of our 190 preschools. Job Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher with us, you work to create a safe, fun, and educational preschool. You lead and develop the educational activities together with the rest of the team. You have a special responsibility for teaching and work with the curriculum as a basis based on each child's knowledge, experiences, and specific conditions.

As a preschool teacher with us, you have 1.5 hours of team reflection per week with your closest colleagues and 2.5 hours of individual reflection per week, so your follow-up work and future work are driven as you wish. In these forums, there is a lead preschool teacher available as a resource in your leadership if needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a preschool teacher license. We would like you to contribute with engagement, creativity, and a drive to develop the operations. You meet each child with respect and attentiveness. Of course, you have a professional approach and work for good relationships with guardians and colleagues. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

We are looking for experienced and engaged preschool teachers with good knowledge of children's language development and a language-conscious working method. You have the ability to create a stimulating learning environment where language and communication are at the center. It is an advantage if you have supervisor training and experience in supporting colleagues in professional development. We also view multilingualism positively, as it contributes to an inclusive and multicultural operation.

To be permanently employed as a preschool teacher, a preschool teacher license is required, according to the Education Act.
